Hi, my name is Ken Biggs and I’m the owner of Sunnyside Property Services. I have been in and around the Connecticut property services industry for over 25 years and, as a lifelong Connecticut resident, I am pleased to introduce to you my first property services company, Sunnyside Property Services LLC.

Hi, my name is Ken Biggs and I’m the owner of Sunnyside Property Services. I have been in and around the Connecticut property services industry for over 25 years and, as a lifelong Connecticut resident, I am pleased to introduce to you my first property services company, Sunnyside Property Services LLC.
Not too long ago, I found myself facing the need for a career change when out of the blue and at the worst possible time, I learned from my brother that we had lost my 23-year-old nephew to a battle with addiction. My family was devastated, much like all families who have experienced this tragedy are. Then the Covid Pandemic hit and it seemed like I was losing a friend every other day. When it all settled down, I came to realize I had several friends from as far back as high school lose their lives to addiction. I felt like I had to do something. As I reflected on these lives lost, I began to realize something was missing that could have helped all of them tremendously: a promising career opportunity.
A couple things I have always been good at are finding and finishing property service projects and coming up with new business ideas. Having the ability to tie the two together to provide not only an exceptional service for the community, but help any of my remaining family members and friends by having a solid place to land if they ever hit turmoil in life has been a blessing. There is a lot to be said about the gratification and reward felt when you accomplish a major project for a community member in need, it gives you a sense of belonging that you lacked when you were wandering around in life without a positive direction to follow. I thank God every day for the opportunity to help others and look forward to the chance to beautify your property. We appreciate the trust placed in us to bring your project from idea to reality and we handle all projects with the highest level of care, as if we were working on our own homes.
